Welcome to Plzgo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plzgo app and website (the "Service"), a travel-planning tool for visitors to Korea. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Plzgo you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You may sign in using a Google or Kakao account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Plzgo provides AI-generated travel itineraries, place suggestions, transit guidance, Korean-text translation, and currency conversion. The Service is a planning aid only.
The Service relies on AI models and third-party data sources (including Kakao, Naver, Google, OpenWeatherMap, and ExchangeRate). Information such as opening hours, prices, transit routes, exchange rates, and place availability may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You should independently verify any critical detail — such as business hours, reservations, and transport — before you rely on it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

Some features may require payment or a paid subscription. Prices, billing terms, and what is included are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider, and their terms also apply. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own inputs and third-party content), is owned by JINSIM.LABS and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial travel planning.
You retain ownership of the trip information and inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process this content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including sending relevant inputs to our service providers (see our Privacy Policy).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JINSIM.LABS and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
